Please read them carefully before using our website. 1. Business Information Wigs By Tay specializes in custom machine-made wigs, wig customization services, bundles, and related hair products. 2. Order Processing All wigs are custom-made and created specifically for each client. Processing times may vary depending on the product or service selected. Estimated processing times are listed on the product page and do not include shipping time. Delays may occur during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or due to supplier/shipping carrier issues. 3. Payments Full payment is required before any order begins processing unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received. 4. Custom Orders Clients are responsible for submitting accurate measurements, customization requests, and order details. Wigs By Tay is not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible. 5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Wigs By Tay is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered by customers. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Once tracking information is provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. 6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on custom wigs, bundles, or worn products. If there is an issue with your order, customers must contact Wigs By Tay within 7 days of delivery. Approved corrections or adjustments are handled at the discretion of Wigs By Tay. 7. Product Disclaimer Hair texture, color, and length may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of raw or processed hair products. Proper maintenance is required to preserve the quality and longevity of wigs and bundles. Results may vary depending on styling, maintenance, and individual use. 8. Intellectual Property All website content, including logos, branding, photos, videos, product descriptions, graphics, and designs, are the property of Wigs By Tay and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. 9. Limitation of Liability Wigs By Tay shall not be held liable for: Allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used Improper installation, maintenance, or handling of products after delivery Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services 10. Fraud Prevention Wigs By Tay reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or suspicious payment behavior. 12.
